Soft skills are your remarkable selling point which gives you a focused edge over others in the working environment and throughout everyday life. Being more a sports guy than performing better in academic my soft skills which I master the most is teamwork, adaptability, leadership and creativity. Being here in Canada and having the life experience of Durham college and also the understanding of marketing and the world of entrepreneurship I would like to more use my soft skills to have more opportunities. As I want to open my company in Canada I would definitely need those skills as it is in business in nowadays. For example, in given situation in the future my adaptability will surely help me as opposed to diving in my heels, I should have the option to rotate and discover exchange arrangements. On the other side I do have some issue with some soft skills which I do not master. These are time management in some cases, communication am a bit shy at first to start a conversation and also attention to detail. Being in this course will surely help me to overcome my weakness such as to communicate and to have the first approach when needed also my time management skills with respective due dates will help me to manage my time and as I just join the Durham football team which brings back to manage my time properly. Base on the attention to detail I need to be more head focus which am thinking of listening relaxing music to stay focus on a positive energy. Being attentive will help me being both through and accurate in my work as I will have the opportunity to analyze and also do some critical thinking. I hope to be able to make the most of it throughout the course especially with such great teachers pushing students hard to be more professional.
